		<description>I see this ALL the time at the smaller stations. It&#039;s incredible - and when the lawsuits happen, and I&#039;m pretty sure there are a couple a year - the city&#039;s insurance premium gets paid by the taxpayer. Really, pay out half a million to a handful of people who slip and fall? Or keep a couple of honest joes employed by hiring them to shovel the snow? Seems pretty obvious to me...</description>
