		<description>Yes, Brooklyn did get hosed.  Just a little addition will tell you that. $19.5 million in cuts to Brooklyn buses and $17.5 million in cuts for NYC Subways.  Agree wit hyou about the subsidy cuts, but you are letting the MTA off far too easy. Their methodology in deciding the cuts is flawed and sloppy.</description>
